The Reports Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive operational and strategic outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and performance insights
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting sources
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other teams to define reporting requirements
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using reporting and BI tools
  • Validate data sources and reconcile discrepancies as needed
  • Document report definitions, metrics, and processes
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in reporting, analytics, or data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly
  • Amenable to work onsite in Davao City and in the night shift

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in operations, shared services, or BPO environments
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, meaningful insights
  • Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives
