The ideal candidate has a solid background in data reporting and visualization within a BPO or contact center environment, with a strong ability to turn data into meaningful insights that drive performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports from scratch using relevant tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, and performance gaps.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in all reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and reporting trends
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst in a BPO or contact center setting.
- Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports from scratch.
- Proficient in MS Excel and at least one reporting/visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- With College Degree
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
