Job Description

About the Company

CP AXTRA is a leading retail and wholesale operator in Thailand, best known for Makro and Lotus's. With decades of experience in building strong supply chains, serving business customers, and advancing retail innovation, the company has grown from a domestic leader into a regional force within ASEAN. Our expansion into international markets focuses on economies where modern trade infrastructure and B2B support can elevate business ecosystems. The Philippines plays a strategic role in this journey, driven by strong economic growth and a rapidly expanding retail and food service sector. To establish a strong and locally-rooted presence, CP AXTRA has formed CP AXTRA AC Corporation in partnership with ACX Holdings, part of Ayala Corporation - one of the Philippines most respected conglomerates. Through this collaboration, we are bringing Makro back to the Philippine market and investing in digital advancement, talent development, and operational capabilities across both Thailand and the Philippines. Joining CP AXTRA AC Corporation means becoming part of a regional expansion story - building modern wholesale platforms, empowering Filipino enterprises, and shaping the future of retail across ASEAN.

About the Role

The Replenishment Planner - Supervisory Level supports the Replenishment Lead in managing day-to-day replenishment planning across the Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, offline stores, and store-based E-Commerce operations. This role helps convert sales, inventory, promo, forecast, supplier, inbound, and fulfillment signals into reliable replenishment proposals, supply plans, allocation recommendations, and inventory health actions. The role will report directly to the Replenishment Lead and will coordinate with Commercial/Buyers, Store Operations, DC/FC Operations, 3PL-Operated Warehouses, Importation, Logistics, Finance, IT, and external suppliers to maintain product availability, balanced inventory, and controlled execution from planning through fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand and Supply Planning Execution
  • Supervise the review of sales, inventory, promo, forecast, and replenishment planning signals to support accurate ordering and allocation decisions
  • Prepare and review demand forecasts, inventory health dashboards, stock policy inputs, supply plans, and replenishment recommendations
  • Recommend replenishment quantities based on demand, stock cover, service level, lead time, MOQ, order multiple, safety stock, and availability risk
  • Monitor low-stock, out-of-stock, excess, aged, slow-moving, and critical SKU conditions across DC, FC, store, and E-Commerce-supported operations
  • Support replenishment planning for FC e-commerce, offline stores, shared store/e-commerce inventory, local supplier replenishment, direct imports, and Makro own-brand imports
  • Replenishment Operations and Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with Commercial/Buyers on PO creation, supplier constraints, MOQ/MOV, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quantity changes
  • Coordinate with Importation and Logistics on shipment tracking, ETA changes, receiving readiness, and inbound availability risks
  • Work with Ambient DC Operations, FC Operations, and Store Operations on receiving, inventory release, transfer orders, allocation, stock visibility, short-picks, and fulfillment issues
  • Coordinate with Cold Storage DC for temperature-controlled inventory and cold-chain replenishment where applicable
  • Escalate exceptions affecting stock availability, promo readiness, customer fulfillment, supplier performance, working capital, or operational continuity
  • Inventory Control, Allocation and Availability Management
  • Review approved inventory signals, stock status, open PO, inbound, transfer, and allocation information to prioritize replenishment actions
  • Support DC-to-FC replenishment and DC-to-store allocation recommendations based on demand, stock policy, capacity, priority, and service requirements
  • Ensure E-Commerce demand is treated as a channel using the same physical store inventory as offline selling, not as a separate stock pool
  • Track received, released, hold, in-transit, allocated, ATP, and pickable inventory status when assessing planning actions
  • Governance, Reporting and Team Supervision
  • Maintain replenishment planning files, trackers, exception logs, release notes, approval evidence, and management reports
  • Supervise planning associates or coordinators, review daily outputs, and provide guidance on data quality, planning logic, and SOP compliance
  • Report planning risks, KPI performance, exception status, and management decisions required to the Replenishment Lead and SCM leadership
  • Support SOP implementation, manual fallback controls, launch stabilization, process standardization, and audit readiness
  • KPI and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor key planning indicators such as demand signal completeness, forecast accuracy, inventory health, OSA, stockout and excess trends, PR-to-PO variance, supplier and inbound visibility, transfer/allocation adherence, short-pick trends, and exception closure
  • Identify opportunities to improve working capital, service level, stock availability, supplier performance, planning automation, and cross-functional ways of working

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, demand planning, inventory planning, retail operations, merchandising planning, or a related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or in leading planning analysts, coordinators, or cross-functional workstreams is preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP, WMS, OMS, RMS, planning dashboards, BI tools, or similar systems
  • Able to work in a startup environment with manual controls, changing priorities, system dependencies, and cross-functional execution requirements

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of replenishment planning, demand forecasting, stock policy, MOQ/order multiple logic, and inventory health management
  • Familiarity with supplier coordination, PO monitoring, imports, local replenishment, warehouse receiving, transfer planning, and store allocation processes
