Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in-full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.
Job Requirements- Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
- Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
- Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
- Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance
What Your Background Should Look Like
- Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
- Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years
- Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, and travel when necessary.
