About Kitchen Warehouse
Kitchen Warehouse is Australia's leading specialty kitchenware retailer, with a passion for bringing great cooking into every home. Our Manila shared services team is an integral part of how we plan, buy, and move stock across our network — and we're growing.
The Role
As Replenishment Officer, you'll be the engine behind our stock availability — creating replenishment orders, tracking supplier deliveries, reducing out-of-stock situations, and making sure our shelves are ready for every promotion and campaign. You'll work closely with suppliers, the finance team, and our visual merchandising team from our Ortigas office.
What You'll Do
- Create and review replenishment orders for selected suppliers using the Lokad system.
- Coordinate internal stock transfers from Distribution Centres to stores, aligned with budget requirements.
- Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) situations and drive actions to hit OOS KPIs.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery; chase late or short shipments and maintain high availability on Key Value Lines (KVLs).
- Work with the visual merchandising team to align stock levels with monthly promotions and marketing activities.
- Review forecasting suggestions, manage ETA dates, and cancel or adjust orders as needed to address obsolete stock.
- Run regular zero-stock checks and manage data inputs for stock transfers.
- Partner with finance to close Purchase Orders and keep stock data synchronised.
- Support EDI and Dock Smart booking improvements with suppliers.
- Assist the planning team during new store openings and contribute to ongoing improvements in the Lokad purchasing system.
Why Join Us
- Be part of a fast-growing Australian retail brand with a collaborative, no-politics culture.
- Work in a role with real ownership — your decisions directly impact stock availability across the network.
- Onsite role in Ortigas, Pasig City with a supportive team.
