Repairs & Maintenance PIC - SPX Express

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall in charge with the facilities/hub related repairs (MEPFS)

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance of applicable electromechanical system

Prepare Scope of works, initiate coordination with procurement and vendors for all facilities related repairs and projects.

Manage and oversee repair and improvement projects within the facility/hub.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent operational disruptions.

Educational Background & Certifications Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirement:

At least 3-5 years relevant experience

Experience in contract management

Experience in Logistics company is a plus

Facilities management and process improvement experience is required

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD Software

Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills in English and Filipino

Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

Required to travel locally
