The Repair and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability and operational readiness of critical facility equipment and electro-mechanical systems, particularly generator sets, UPS systems, air-conditioning systems, pumps, fire protection equipment and other essential electrical and mechanical facilities.
The role leads to the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, troubleshooting, condition monitoring, reliability improvement initiatives and emergency response activities across Office, Studio, Retail shops and other facilities.
The position also supervises in-house personnel and contractors and supports repair, retrofitting and renovation projects to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruption.
1. Licensed Mechanical Engineer
2. At least one year experience in the preparation and implementation of repair and maintenance programs, specifications, estimates, working plans, safety systems and practices for air conditioning, air filtration and exhaust systems, pumps, fire protection and fire fighting equipment, electrical, lighting and communication systems for small buildings and commercial establishments.
3. Physically fit for Office and Construction job site work environment.
4. Background in Facilities Management, Computer Literate (CAD) and Highly Analytical
