This is a new role with real ownership. You'll play a key part in keeping Rent Manager accurate, organized, and useful for the property management team.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain property and tenant data in Rent Manager.
• Pull and review Rent Manager reports to support daily operations.
• Audit records to identify errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
• Update and maintain accurate property records.
• Use Google Sheets to organize, track, and analyze information.
• Investigate data issues and follow through until they're resolved.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support the property management team with Rent Manager-related administrative tasks.
• Help improve data accuracy and consistency across the system.

What You'll Bring

• Property management experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rent Manager.
• Experience managing property, tenant, lease, or financial data within Rent Manager.
• Experience pulling and reviewing Rent Manager reports.
• Strong Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong auditing and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
