Job Description
Purpose
The Distributor Renewal Manager drives large-scale, low-touch renewals through distributor partners, ensuring volume, speed, and commercial discipline for small-ARR customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable distributors to execute renewals efficiently
- Drive automation, throughput, and cycle-time reduction
- Enforce pricing and discount governance
- Track renewal aging, backlog, and close rates
- Provide reporting and operational visibility
Language Requirements
Requirements
Disti RMs must be fluent in English and at least one regional language aligned to their distributor portfolio. Common requirements include:
- EMEA: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese
- Americas: Spanish, Portuguese
- APAC: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
Ideal Profile
- 2 years+ experience in channel operations, inside sales, or renewals
- Strong process and data orientation
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows
- Clear, structured communication
