We are seeking a
Solar Engineer with a strong background in delivering solar projects. This role will support project teams through the delivery of professional services tasks of appropriate scope and complexity, while helping ensure quality technical outcomes and on-time delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support project delivery to meet schedule and budget targets, while maintaining quality technical outcomes.
- Provide technical assistance and knowledge sharing within the Energy team.
- Prepare and review technical proposals and documentation.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and project stakeholders, supporting repeat business and strong client outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar projects.
- Proven resiliency in managing complex technical deliverables and timelines.
- Proficiency in solar analysis and design tools (e.g., PVsyst; experience with HOMER Pro is a plus).
- Consulting experience is a plus especially in preparing technical reports, writing and winning proposals, and client engagement/stakeholder coordination.

This job offer can be based either in Makati or in our Quezon City office, depending on your home base / location.
