About Aadishakti
Aadishakti Green Systems is a renewable-energy solutions and advisory company working across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, Open Access, PPA Advisory, Power Procurement, Project Development, Land & Grid Connectivity and EPC opportunities across multiple states in India.
We are looking for a commercially strong renewable-energy professional who can combine regulatory understanding, power-market knowledge, commercial analysis and business development to evaluate and structure renewable-energy opportunities.
Role
The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer power requirements, evaluating applicable regulatory and commercial structures, developing preliminary project economics and proposals, and taking qualified opportunities forward with clients, developers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate C&I power requirements and identify suitable Open Access, Group Captive, PPA, renewable procurement and power-trading structures.
Develop understanding of state-wise DISCOM tariAs, Open Access charges, wheeling/transmission charges, CSS, additional surcharge, banking and other applicable charges.
Track and interpret relevant CERC/SERC regulations, state policies, DISCOM regulations and power-market developments.
Analyse the commercial viability of renewable power procurement and estimate landed power cost, customer savings and project economics.
Prepare preliminary commercial proposals, feasibility assessments and client presentations.
Work across Solar, Wind, Hybrid and BESS opportunities.
Understand power trading mechanisms, power exchanges and bilateral power procurement structures.
Identify and develop relationships with industrial consumers, renewable developers, EPC companies, traders, investors and other industry stakeholders.
Generate and manage business opportunities from initial discussion through commercial negotiation and closure.
Coordinate with technical, legal, financial and regulatory specialists whenever required.
Maintain an up-to-date database of state-wise tariAs, regulations, charges and commercial parameters relevant to Aadishakti's business.
Candidate Profile
5–7 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, power trading, Open Access, PPA advisory, C&I energy, project development or energy consulting.
Strong practical understanding of Open Access, PPA, Group Captive and power procurement.
Good knowledge of DISCOM tariAs and Open Access charges and ability to analyse their impact on project economics.
Familiarity with CERC/SERC regulations, SLDC/RLDC processes and power market mechanisms.
Ability to independently analyse a requirement and develop a commercially viable preliminary proposal.
Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working across multiple states and dealing directly with senior decision-makers.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with hands-on experience in C&I Open Access / PPA advisory / power trading / renewable project development / BESS / energy consulting will be preferred.

This is a high-ownership role working closely with the Founder. You will not be limited to conventional sales activities; you will be involved in evaluating opportunities, understanding regulations, structuring commercial solutions, preparing proposals and developing transactions across the renewable-energy ecosystem.
