What You'll Be Doing
You'll be transforming raw field footage from our residential foundation repair and waterproofing projects into engaging, high-retention video content for US homeowners.
- 15 AI-Assisted Short-Form Videos / Week to start: Produce fast-paced Reels, Shorts, and TikToks (15-60s) using AI tools for rapid clipping, auto-captioning, and dynamic editing.
- 2 Long-Form Videos / Week: Edit 5-10 minute educational, job walk-through, or storytelling videos for YouTube and Facebook.
- Content Pipeline Support: Keep media folders organized, tag assets, and prepare videos with ready-to-post titles and captions.
What You Bring To The Table
Technical & Editing Skills
- Editing Expertise: 2+ years editing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Desktop, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- AI Tool Fluency: Experience using AI tools (Opus Clip, Descript, AutoCap, CapCut AI, etc.) to speed up editing workflows.
- Pacing & Hook Mastery: A sharp sense for engaging hooks, kinetic text captions, sound effects, and high-retention pacing.
VA & Communication Capabilities
