Remote Traffic Management Planner

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Remote Traffic Management Planners to prepare and deliver traffic management plans (TMPs) that ensure safety and compliance across infrastructure projects in New Zealand. This role requires strong knowledge of NZ traffic codes and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams remotely.

He/ She must have a can-do attitude to be able to meet deadlines set by clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and submit traffic management plans in line with New Zealand standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and local councils for approvals.
• Adjust plans based on site conditions and regulatory feedback.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of traffic flow during construction activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in traffic management planning.
• Strong knowledge of NZ traffic codes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for remote work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
