Remote Site Management Team Lead

Job Description Summary

Work order creation and management
Able to process calls and emails effectively within the SLA
Scheduling and manpower management
Escalation and client relation management
Provides feedback, necessary coaching and training to team members
Approve time off applications and monitor daily team attendance
Effectively manage a team
Organize and provide vendors to the client, third parties and C&W supplied services and functions;
Liaise, coordinate and communicate with the client team and other site stakeholders
Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites
Attend meetings and immediate concerns of the client
Should be able to perform other duties as assigned
