Remote Sales Representative Full-Cycle Closer (US Property Management)

TruPorch Homes is a hospitality-grade property management company in metro Atlanta, Georgia (USA). One in-house team runs long-term rentals, furnished mid-term rentals, and Airbnb short-term rentals for homeowners.

We're building an outbound sales team in the Philippines. You'll call owners of rental homes in metro Atlanta, show them what TruPorch can do for their property, and close the management agreement yourself.

What you'll do

• Cold-call rental property owners from our database of about 2,000 owner leads
• Find out what isn't working with their property today
• Take interested owners through a free rental analysis and a walkthrough call
• Handle objections and close signed management agreements. You own the deal from first call to signature.
• Keep your pipeline and follow-ups organized
  
  

What we're looking for

• You have personally closed sales: the customer signed or paid because of your pitch. Appointment setting or lead generation for someone else to close doesn't count.
• Outbound phone sales experience is a big plus
• Up to 6 years of total work experience
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that US homeowners understand easily on the phone
• Comfortable with pay that depends on your results
• Real estate experience is NOT required. We'll teach you the product.
  
  

Schedule and setup

• Fully remote, US Eastern business hours (night shift in the Philippines)
• A quiet room, a good noise cancellation headset, reliable internet, and a power backup
