What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-time, remote role based in the Philippines, where no two days look the same. As a Multi-Industry Sales Professional, you'll:

• Spot and chase new sales opportunities across different industries
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Own the sales process from first contact to closing the deal
• Manage your pipeline and keep things moving
• Deliver great customer experiences every step of the way
• Take part in ongoing training and sharpen your sales skills
• Collaborate with a driven team to hit (and exceed) targets

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who's got strong commitment, even stronger attention to detail, good english literacy and verbal communication skills, great values, is people-focused, culturally adaptive and ready to grow:

• You know how to connect and build rapport
• Sales experience preferred with a track record (or strong potential) to close
• A proactive mindset - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Team player who's also confident working independently
• Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking your performance

PLEASE READ: What We Need From You

1. WHO YOU ARE: Video introduction and up to date CV (with 2x References)
2. WORKING HOURS: Ability to commit to working hours based on business needs. EG. Australian hours or Night Shift
3. COMMITMENT: Availability to commit to: 4 days of Training and Development at Common Ground, 9th Floor, Intellectual Property Center, McKinley Hill

• September 17th-19th (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) at 6:15 AM - 3:30 PM
• Sunday 20th = OFF
• September 21st (Monday) at 5:15 AM - 3:30 PM

Immediate start offered upon successful completion of the training.

NOTE: Training & Development is only paid from the day of your successful Job Offer - This could be anywhere between Day 1 and 4 of the training, depending on how you present yourself.

1. REVIEW PERIOD: We will review your video intro and CV starting 9th of September. PLEASE NOTE: LIMITED INVITATIONS TO TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT/SCREENING PROCESS WILL BE OFFERED.
2. SCREENING PROCESS: You will be interviewed by our Recruitment Support Team and/or members of Senior Leadership.
3. REFERENCE & POLICE CLEARANCE: Submit at least 3-character references from your previous clients/employers and provide your most recent NBI/Police/Brgy Clearance (whichever is readily available).
