Schedule: Monday - Friday || 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (SGT)

Salary Starts at: PHP 25,000 || IDR 7,000,000 (per month)

About the Role

The Remote Sales & Operations Coordinator will help in driving sales, customer engagement, and order management for Men's Cave. You will handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, present products, process and verify orders, coordinate with the delivery team, and maintain accurate CRM records.

This role also includes reporting on sales and order status, flagging issues proactively, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and results-driven, helping ensure a seamless customer experience and smooth operationsall in a fully remote, 100% work-from-home environment that offers flexibility and autonomy to deliver exceptional results from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present Men's Cave products confidently
  • Handle objections, guide customers toward a decision, and close deals
  • Follow up consistently on open leads to maximize conversion
  • Maintain a positive and premium customer experience at every touchpoint

Operations & Order Management

  • Process and verify all closed orders ensuring pricing, specifications, and customer details are accurate
  • Issue invoices, process deposits, and maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Act as the internal link between the sales team and delivery team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
  • Communicate order details clearly during handoff to avoid fulfillment errors
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer profiles, deal stages, and interaction history

Reporting & Team Support

  • Compile and submit weekly pipeline and order status reports to the Sales Lead
  • Flag any operational bottlenecks, customer concerns, or delays proactively
  • Support the broader sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

  • Average to excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • Minimum 2years of experience in sales and operations
  • Experience in inbound sales and customer service is highly preferred
  • Experience in processing and verifying sales orders is desirable
