Role: Procurement Analyst

Reports to: Operations Director

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM (UK)

Mission and Impact

This is a chance to join a high-performing team that is experiencing explosive growth in a highly-regulated global industry. Successful candidate will support the Operations Director as a genuine force-multiplier, designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform. They will work with a passionate, distributed team and will engineer dynamic procurement models, turn live stakeholder data into decision-ready insights and steward the systems engine that keeps our high-integrity supply chain moving without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods

Systems & Tools

During Onboarding, successful candidate will be provided full training across business systems and tools.

However, to ensure we maximise the effectiveness of the role we expect candidates to already have experience with:

  • Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTable, PowerQuery)
  • Asynch communication platforms (e.g. Teams, Slack)
  • Cloud-based business phone systems
  • Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics OR evidence of equivalent analytical experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams

Must Have Skills

  • Advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation
  • Professional business British English
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up
  • Process documentation
  • Analytical mindset

Nice To Have Skills

  • Basic SQL/Python for data automation
  • Regulated supply-chain exposure
  • Worked on a project team

Anticipated Rythm

Daily: morning (UK time) standup with Operations Director; admin (e.g. tracker updates, supplier communications, database querying); afternoon Dashboard review and strategic update
