We're looking for a Remote Leasing Agent who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and guiding prospective renters through the leasing process. This is a full-time, work-from-home, US-based role with a strong focus on high-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective residents who have expressed interest in available apartments.
- Follow up with new, active, and older leads through phone calls, SMS, and email.
- Answer questions about available properties and the leasing process.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate property tours.
- Guide prospective renters through the application process and next steps.
- Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets.
- Update prospect information and activity in CRM and property management systems.
- Coordinate with onsite property teams regarding unit availability and prospect inquiries.
- Follow established leasing workflows and consistently meet daily and weekly performance goals.
What You'll Bring
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in a call center, customer service, sales, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Professional, confident, and friendly phone presence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow structured processes with minimal supervision.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous apartment leasing or property management experience.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, RentCafe, Knock, or similar systems.
