Job Description

Lead Conversion & CRM Specialist

We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives on optimizing systems and turning leads into opportunities. In this role, you'll support lead generation, CRM management, and conversion processes with speed and precision.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain CRM systems and lead databases

Respond to inbound leads and determine their stage in the sales process

Immediately process, tag, and assign leads (drip campaigns, follow-ups, notifications, etc.)

Nurture leads through consistent email and SMS communication until conversion

Reassign leads and coordinate appointments with agents

Monitor agent activity and track performance daily

Build dashboards, trackers, and reports using Google Sheets

Handle CRM troubleshooting, support, and basic training for agents

Upload and manage leads in dialers and scheduling tools

Maintain backup databases and referral tracking systems

Share updates on CRM training, webinars, and team announcements
