Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time data and identify trends in key performance metrics.
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly KPI reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and keep records updated for the assigned division.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members for reporting needs.
  • Review and remove duplicate records.
  • Update incorrect or incomplete data using multiple sources.
  • Create QC reports to detect and fix data issues.
  • Help implement processes for data collection, cleanup, analysis, and validation.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • High attention to accuracy and data quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns in data.
  • Organized and strategic in aligning reports with business needs.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
