Remote Inspector (Mandarin)

Job Description

• Executesremote inspections using the SGSQiiQtechnology

• Fullycomplieswithinspection rules applicable to TFS inspections in line with the Inspection Job Order (IJO),Initial Assessment Form (IAF),Quality System procedures and/or any other applicable document/manual related to inspection execution and reporting.

• Fluent in English. Fluency in otherlanguagesis anadvantage, Chinese languages such as Mandarin, Hokkien

• Applies judgement and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.

• Educational / Professional qualifications & Experience

  • University degree

  • Minimum 2 years experience execution of inspections

• Knowledge of specific product industry or technician/professional level is an advantage.Thisreplacesthe requirementto have a minimumof2 years of experience in execution of inspection.

Additional Information

Specific Responsibilities

• Conductsinspectionefficientlyuponrequest from IC coordinator or PCAAnalysts andverify that all information provided for inspection execution is complete.

• Complieswithinspectors manual (handout), contract instructions, IAF and IJO for inspection execution.

• Reportsinspection resultsusing thestandardTFSInspection Report form.

• On time submission of inspection report ineTradeand remote SharePoint,according to deadlines provided by KPI.

• ReportstotheInspection Coordinator anyriskdetected duringtheinspection processin accordancewiththerisk detectionguidelineprovided by IC management.

• Carefully usestools and materials provided by the company for inspection execution.

• Reportsto IC Coordinator any deviationfromstandard proceduresdefined in theinspector's manual, IJO,IAF,SGS Policy, SGS Ethic Code, and any other mandatory document applicable toTFS.

• SupportsPCAoperationsin promotingremoteinspection

• Performsotherremote inspection-relatedtask assigned by localTFSoffice.

Internal trainings and workshops are to be provided.
