FREELANCE RECRUITER - EU CANDIDATE INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
About The Opportunity
We are a Danish-owned recruitment firm working with clients across Switzerland, France and Luxembourg. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to partner with experienced recruiters who are motivated to generate income through a commission-based partnership model.
This is not a salaried role. It is a performance-based collaboration designed for independent, entrepreneurial recruiters who want flexibility and direct control over their earnings.
Your role
You will work directly on active mandates and contribute to successful placements by identifying, qualifying and presenting suitable candidates.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Actively sourcing and approaching candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conducting structured screening interviews
- Evaluating candidates and presenting qualified profiles
Active sourcing is required. This role is not limited to reviewing incoming CVs.
Your profile
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Min 3 years of recruitment experience with on-site roles in Europe.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Comfortable conducting structured professional interviews
- Self-driven, organised and results-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset
