Remote Family Law Paralegal

Experience Required: 5+ years supporting U.S. family law firms or clients
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal with at least 5 years of direct U.S. family law experience.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technology-savvy, quick-thinking, and comfortable communicating directly with clients in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and other family law matters
- Prepare and organize pleadings, legal documents, discovery, and case files
- Handle and assist with financial disclosures
- Communicate with clients regarding documents, deadlines, and case requirements
- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis
- Manage deadlines, calendars, and case-related tasks
- Comfortably use technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of U.S. family law experience
- Strong experience with financial disclosures
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Tech-forward and comfortable using AI tools
- Experience with LexisNexis
- Quick-witted, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Emotionally resilient and able to professionally handle difficult or emotional clients
