Job Description

HIRING: Dispatcher / Admin Support (Remote)

R & S Solutions is looking for a reliable Dispatcher / Admin Support to help keep daily operations organized and moving smoothly.

Responsibilities Include

  • Dispatching technicians to jobs
  • Applying for work / service requests
  • Invoicing completed jobs by end of day (EOD)
  • Answering and responding to emails
  • Basic scheduling and job tracking
  • Communicating with clients and technicians

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable with email, invoicing, and basic admin tools
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Experience in IT, low voltage, or service-based businesses is a plus (not required)
