Job Description

Data-driven professional responsible for real-time monitoring, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to support business decisions
Generates accurate and timely KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) to track performance and identify trends
Ensures data integrity by maintaining up-to-date, accurate, and reliable datasets for assigned divisions
Collaborates closely with leadership to provide actionable insights and align reporting with strategic objectives
Conducts regular audits, including identifying and resolving duplicate records to maintain data quality
Utilizes multiple data sources to verify, update, and correct incomplete or inaccurate data points
Develops and implements standardized quality control (QC) reports to detect and resolve data inconsistencies
Establishes and improves processes for data collection, cleansing, maintenance, validation, and analysis across the organization
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, identifying patterns, trends, and meaningful insights from complex datasets
Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and data reliability
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Organized and strategic thinker, aligning data analysis and reporting with overall business goals
