We are seeking an entry to intermediate level Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.
- Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE's, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required for this position.
- 5 years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading construction blueprints on a daily basis.
- Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers.
- Detailed, organized, and precise.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stokehold
Compensation
- PHP 45,000 – 50,000 monthly, based on experience and qualifications
- Potential increase in a year or two based on performance
