Remote Commercial Property Manager / Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with 1 hour break

Salary: $1000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and independent Remote Commercial Property Manager / Administrator to manage the daily operations and administrative functions of a commercial real estate portfolio located in Southern California. This role supports a family office and combines commercial property management responsibilities with remote office administrative support for the firm's principals.

The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable managing a mix of operational and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Property Management:
  • Manage daily operations of a Southern California commercial property portfolio remotely
  • Coordinate routine, emergency, and cyclical maintenance and repairs with local contractors and vendors
  • Handle tenant service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Support lease administration, tenant relations, and resolution of operational issues
  • Schedule and document regular property inspections
  • Generate monthly reports covering financials, maintenance activity, and occupancy
  • Maintain well-organized digital records for leases, contracts, inspections, and vendor logs
  • Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and vendors to maintain efficient workflows
  • Remote Office Administration:
  • Act as a remote office administrator: field incoming calls, order supplies, and handle general office tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the firm's principals
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and internal coordination as needed

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in commercial property management or real estate administration
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate operations, preferably in Southern California
  • Familiarity with U.S. leasing practices and coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Proficiency in property management software and digital documentation tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in an executive-led, remote team environment

Note:An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
