About the Opportunity

This is an independent contractor role for emotionally intelligent, proactive professionals who want to combine meaningful conversations with strong appointment-setting skills.

As an Appointment Setter, you are often the first voice a prospective client hears and one of the most important touchpoints in their journey. Your role is to create a warm, professional first impression, build rapport quickly, and guide interested prospects toward scheduling a consultation or completing a live transfer to one of our Program Experts.

This is not a therapy role. It is a client communication and scheduling role focused on helping the right people take the next step toward support.

Typical Activities

• Respond to and follow up with inbound inquiries from prospective clients who have expressed interest in Joymind's programs
• Conduct brief, empathetic intake calls to connect clients to the right next step
• Complete live transfers to available Program Experts
• Schedule consultations with Program Experts
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet booked
• Track outreach and appointment activity using Joymind's tools
• Maintain organized records and communication notes
