Set up and maintain clients Chart of Accounts (COA) while ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions (revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities)
Perform daily bookkeeping reviews to maintain accuracy and completeness of records
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and handle month-end closing processes
Reconcile income records with bank deposits and follow up on uncategorized transactions for proper classification
Prepare and generate monthly financial reports for both clients and internal use
Handle clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping tasks as needed
Review and verify payroll documents to ensure accuracy
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including preparation, classification, and recording
Utilize accounting tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks efficiently
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical approach to tasks
Work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
