The role

You own the relationship with your clients and give our design team clear briefs.

What you'll do

• Be the main contact for your clients and understand their business.
• Check each brief is complete before work starts, and confirm the details with the client.
• Agree realistic timelines with clients, after checking with the team.
• Review work before it goes out, and handle client feedback and revisions.
• Bring ideas the client didn't ask for, not just what they ordered.
• Cover a teammate's clients when needed.

What you need

• 4+ years in account management or client servicing at a design, creative or marketing agency, including at least 2 years as the main contact for several clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English, and the confidence to work directly with Australian clients and guide them.
• You think about what the client is trying to achieve, and question a brief when something doesn't add up.
• Experience using AI tools in your daily work.
• You can tell a client not by tomorrow, but here's what we can do and keep them happy.
• You've improved how your team works, for example by setting up a new process, guide or tool.
• Experience working remotely with clients in other countries.
• Available 7am to 4pm [Jakarta / Manila] time, Monday to Friday.
• A laptop for full-time work, stable internet with a backup, a camera and a headset.

Nice to have: experience with

• Australian clients.
• Retainer or subscription clients.
• A fast-paced agency, working alongside a design team.

This role isn't for you if you'd rather pass messages between the client and the designers than own the client yourself.
