As a Reliever: Payroll Accountant, you are the vital safeguard of our financial operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-stakes environment where precision in payroll and ledger accuracy is paramount. You will act as a key technical resource, ensuring that every calculation is exact and every reconciliation is balanced, maintaining the trust and stability that our global partners depend on.

Your Impact

• Master of Payroll Integrity: Take charge of processing live payroll and payroll tax returns with surgical precision. You ensure that every payment is calculated correctly, reflecting your deep understanding of the complexities involved in compensation and tax compliance.

• Architect of General Ledger Accuracy: Beyond payroll, you will manage essential bookkeeping and accounting tasks. From executing complex journal entries to performing rigorous bank reconciliations, you ensure that the debits and credits of the business are always in perfect harmony.

• Data & Formula Expert: Leverage your advanced MS Excel skills to streamline financial data. By utilizing VLOOKUPs and complex formulas, you transform raw data into organized, actionable reports that support the firm's broader accounting objectives.

• Reliable Operations Support: As a dedicated reliever, you bring a high level of responsibility and diligence to the night shift. Your ability to work independently ensures that essential accounting cycles continue move forward, meeting all deadlines regardless of the hour.

What You Bring

• The Experience:At least 2 years of solid accounting experience is required. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and have a proven track record in live payroll processing and general ledger maintenance.

• Technical Mastery: Strong command of MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and advanced formulas). You possess a deep understanding of debits, credits, and the reconciliation process.

• The Mindset: A diligent and responsible professional who takes pride in accuracy. You are comfortable working the night shift and have the discipline to maintain high performance during unconventional hours.
