Reliability Technician performs bias set-up qualification in accordance with applicable operating procedures. Assist reliability engineers in executing design of experiments (DOE) and evaluation and debug activities for issue resolution. Reliability technician supports biased set up & loading activities including ESD & Latch up testing.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor biased set up and provides data log to Rel engineers.
• Maintains, calibrates and repairs reliability stress chambers and hardware.
• Load and unload samples for bias testing.
• Performs board inspection and repair.
• Support inventory management of spares and hardware.
