About the role
We deploy systems that schools run their daily operations on. When a new deployment starts, someone has to sit with the client, plan it with them, train their people, and stay on it until everything is running properly. That's this role.
You would be the client's main point of contact from kickoff to go-live. Most of your week is spent in meetings, on calls, in training sessions, and on client sites. This is not a development role, and you don't need to write code.
What you'll be doing
- Meeting with client stakeholders to scope what a new deployment needs
- Running kickoff meetings and agreeing on the timeline, scope, and responsibilities
- Building and managing the deployment schedule, and coordinating with our engineering team to keep it on track
- Delivering training sessions for client staff, from administrators to day-to-day users
- Preparing user guides and reference materials
- Flagging risks early, before they affect the go-live date
- Supporting the client through the first weeks after go-live, then handing over to the support team
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years in a client-facing role: implementation, onboarding, technical account management, support, project coordination, or systems training
- Someone who can explain a technical thing to a non-technical person without making them feel lost
- Strong organization. You'll be juggling several accounts and schedules at once
- Comfortable running a meeting and presenting to a room
- Based in Metro Manila and willing to do regular onsite client visits. This is a face-to-face job
- Able to start right away
Nices to have
- Experience deploying SaaS, ERP, or school information systems
- Familiarity with how Philippine schools operate (DepEd, CHED, PAASCU, PEAC)
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and data migration templates
- Experience writing training materials or user documentation
