DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurance brokers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries, support, and escalations.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product presentations for brokers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through broker channels.
- Collaborate with brokers to develop customized sales strategies for different client segments.
- Provide brokers with up-to-date information on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and company policies.
- Train brokers on sales techniques, compliance requirements, and digital tools.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the broker channel.
- Provide feedback to management on product enhancements and market opportunities.
- Ensure all broker activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in broker management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
