Position: Relationship Manager-Retail Banking

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager formulates, designs, plans, executes, and manages sales and marketing strategies (within the contest of bank wide or broader institutional objectives) to maximize business volume and deposits while maintaining teamwork with the service ad operations personnel

What You'll Do

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and increasing CASA deposits, loans, and bancassurance sales.
• Conduct market research and client outreach to identify opportunities and offer customized financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities.
• Evaluate and endorse client applications for credit products with complete documentation and sound justification.
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure excellent service delivery, support operations, and meet business targets.

• Experience in banking sales or relationship management (CASA, loans, bancassurance, or similar).
