About the Role
The Relationship Manager will oversee and grow salary loan partnerships across the assigned region, requiring regular travel to acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and expand the bank's market presence. You will serve as the primary link between City Savings Bank and institutional partners, ensuring sustainable portfolio growth and strong client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Salary Loans business across the assigned region
- Actively acquire new institutional clients and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and manage a strong client portfolio to drive loan volume and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and service delivery
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with bank policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Salary Loans or consumer lending, preferably in a banking or financial institution
- Strong networking and relationship management skills with an existing client portfolio (an advantage)
- Willing and able to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
