Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored banking products and services. Daily responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive customer success while meeting sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Sales expertise and the ability to identify business development opportunities
  • Experience in financial products and banking services, such as loans, investments, and deposits
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs and providing solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in financial services or relationship management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is desirable
