  • Daily activities include client engagement to drive portfolio action; address investment related or transactional queries ( Casa / credit card)
  • MGM/ referrals on new to bank; cross sell opportunities to cards/ loans / other products.
  • Regularly attend market outlook briefings - internal /external
  • Portfolio review to at least 1-2 clients.
  • Perform compliance-related deliverables- Customer due diligence, AIR inquiries ; Surveillance; LMTM Callouts. Actively participate in the Power Hour callouts - tag campaigns in ECRM. Review daily production and its impact of their Scorecards.
