About The Role

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions tailored to clients financial goals and risk profiles. The role focuses on growing Assets Under Management (AUM), achieving sales targets, acquiring new clients, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage and deepen relationships with clients through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
• Achieve sales targets for investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Grow AUM and acquire new-to-bank clients through referrals and business development activities.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, CASA, and other bank products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer due diligence, and internal control processes.
