Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Quezon City, for a Relationship Manager in the Relationship Banking Center. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing and growing assigned client portfolios, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to offer tailored banking solutions. Daily tasks include driving business development initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client needs, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies. The role also includes responsibility for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the Relationship Banking Center.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of banking products, sales strategies, and market trends relevant to relationship banking and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and achieving sales targets while maintaining adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role within the banking or financial sector is a plus.
