Position: Relationship Manager
Office Location: South Luzon - Batangas Branch
Job Summary: The Relationship Manager formulates, designs, plans, executes, and manages sales and marketing strategies (within the contest of bank wide or broader institutional objectives) to maximize business volume and deposits while maintaining teamwork with the service ad operations personnel.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business by acquiring CASA deposits, growing the client portfolio, and achieving sales targets.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through regular business calls, presentations, and account management.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while actively cross-selling products and services.
- Evaluate credit opportunities and endorse qualified loan and credit applications with complete documentation.
- Partner with branch operations and support teams to ensure excellent customer service and overall business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record in CASA generation, portfolio growth, and client acquisition.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to deepen client engagement and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Knowledge of banking products, credit assessment, and financial solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with branch and support teams.
