Job Description

I. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Marketing Primarily responsible for processing branch solicited accounts for small corporate customers to achieve predetermined loan portfolio and profit levels in compliance with the Budget Process. The Relationship manager strategizes and implements :

o The formulation of marketing strategies/plans and pre-evaluating possible target accounts;

o The maintenance of the bank's competitive position by constantly reviewing/implementing pricing strategies and industry developments;

o The effective packaging of credit products to meet client needs;

o The cross-selling of other services of the Bank (other than Credit), in order to totally satisfy and capture the needs of the customer.

o The proper implementation of the marketing call program;

o The close monitoring of the status of customer relationship in order to assess actual performance on business volume and profitability vis--vis the account plan/budget.

  • Credit Responsible for maintaining a good quality loan portfolio through : preparation of Credit Approval Memo for the granting and/or the renewal of credit facilities within the required time frame;

o constant review/analysis of the respective financial condition/ ADB of individual accounts;

o proper rating of borrower and regular review its risk rating.

  • Servicing Responsible for adherence to policies and procedures by:

o Coordinates daily with other operating units of the Bank such as:

  • Legal/Credit
  • International
  • Domestic Operations

o Makes sure that all necessary approval are secured through the use of proper media i.e. offering memo and / or credit approval memorandum;

o Continuously monitors in compliance with the budget requirements.
