Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier and Wealth clients.
- Acquire new-to-bank customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify clients financial goals and recommend suitable banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
- Deepen existing client relationships through proactive portfolio management.
- Cross-sell relevant wealth and financial products.
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer service and client experience.
- Conduct regular financial and wealth discussions with clients.
- Build and maintain strong networks to generate referrals and business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales, revenue, and relationship management targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide holistic financial solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or relationship management.
- Proven sales and client acquisition experience.
- Experience managing affluent, Premier, Wealth, or high-net-worth clients is highly preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of investment, wealth, insurance, and banking products.
- Experience handling client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
- Wealth management licenses and certifications are advantageous for Wealth-focused positions.
- Comfortable participating in sales scenarios, role plays, and client advisory discussions.
