Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Central Luzon, Philippines. The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying financial needs, and providing tailored banking and financial solutions. The role requires analyzing client portfolios, offering timely advice on banking products, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and achieving sales and performance targets.

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client management skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking services, and customer portfolio management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other banking software
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Educational background in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
