Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Relationship Manager, based in Caloocan City or Alveo Makati. TheRelationship Manager (Commercial and Corporate Banking Group)primarily solicits loan account, and cross sell bank products and services. They handle loan packaging to match loan requirements of the borrower/client, prepares Loan Approval Memorandum and Inter Office Letter among other loan related memos, conducts financial analysis and credit evaluation, recommends loan proposal/transaction in accordance with the Bank policy and guidelines on loans and credit, presents and seeks approval of all loan related transactions before the Credit and Board Committees, regularly reviews and implements timely renewal of credit line/facility, and handles loan and legal documentation. They supervise the Marketing Assistant on their daily transaction and monitoring of loan account. They are the overall in-charge of account relationship and management.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge in financial analysis and credit evaluation, recommending loan proposals in line with bank policies and guidelines.
  • Required skill(s): customer service and relationship management, leadership and managing, good communication skills, strategic management skills.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Banking or Commercial Banking is required for this position.
