The position
- Is responsible for Loan Growth and overall relationship of the Bank with the client
- Solicits, identifies, develops and originates new loan deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts
- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Manages and monitors accounts to ensure growth and revenue targets
- Maintains loan portfolio credit quality and cross sell the bank's products and services

- SELL | Solicit, develop, and originate new loan deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan-and-trade-related relationships of your assigned loan portfolio
- ANALYZE | Analyze current and prospective loan portfolio
- GROW | Prepare growth and profitability account strategies
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree (Preferably a Business Course)
- At least 3-5 years experience as Relationship Manager handling SME, corporate or commercial loan products
- Good credit evaluation and analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
