Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will help drive customer engagement, account growth, and project coordination for our EV charging infrastructure business. This role is ideal for someone with strong account management and business development experience, particularly in handling enterprise or strategic accounts.

This is a fixed-term/project-based role for 6 months, with the opportunity to contribute to the growing EV and mobility infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned strategic and commercial accounts
  • Identify new business and partnership opportunities to support revenue and installation targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery aligned with client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, inquiries, and account requirements
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and support contract discussions
  • Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and overall business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and relationship management groups
  • Provide regular account updates, pipeline reports, and business insights to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Business Development
  • Experience handling key accounts or B2B partnerships is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including negotiation and contract management
  • Knowledge or exposure to EV charging, mobility, energy, or infrastructure industries is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and client requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
