The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing Japanese corporate clients while actively developing new business opportunities. The RM serves as the primary point of contact for these clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions that encompass a wide range of banking products and services to help achieve the Bank's growth, profitability, and client satisfaction objectives.
Role Exposure:
- Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers within Japanese corporations, earning trust and building long-term partnerships
- Hone your skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding your portfolio and contributing to the Bank's success
- Develop your expertise in analyzing financial performance, assessing the credit worthiness, and structuring innovative financing solutions that merit client's unique needs
- Gain comprehensive understanding of a wide range of corporate banking products and services, from lending to trade finance to treasury and cash management
