Job Description

The position

  • Is responsible for Loan Growth and overall relationship of the Bank with the client
  • Solicits, identifies, develops and originates new loan deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts
  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Manages and monitors accounts to ensure growth and revenue targets
  • Maintains loan portfolio credit quality and cross sell the bank's products and services

The Responsibilities we will trust you with

  • SELL | Solicit, develop, and originate new loan deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan-and-trade-related relationships of your assigned loan portfolio
  • ANALYZE | Analyze current and prospective loan portfolio
  • GROW | Prepare growth and profitability account strategies

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree (Preferably a Business Course)
  • At least 3-5 years experience as Relationship Manager handling SME, corporate or commercial loan products
  • Good credit evaluation and analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
